Refund Policy

  • Students who want a refund should bring a copy of their bankbook to the office.
  • Refunds can be made only with the account of the Bank of Korea (Woori, KB, Hana, Shinhan).
  • The refund amount will be determined according to the following rules.
Tuition Refund Policy

Before Start of Semester Within First Week of Semester After First Week of Semester
Full refund of tuition fee 70% tuition fee will be refunded No refund of tuition fee for the semester
Documents Required for Refund
  • Refund application form (on-campus form)
  • A copy of bankbook (Korean bank account in your name)
  • Your ID card (passport copy or alien registration card)
Others
  • If you cannot get a refund in your account under an unavoidable circumstance, you can get a refund to another person's account with submission of the power of attorney and ID of the authorized person.
  • Refunds for the semester will take place after the 1st week of classes. The refund will take 2-4 weeks and may be delayed depending on the situation.
  • In the event of a delay in visa issuance, tuition refund will be in accordance with the refund policy. Therefore, if you cannot get a visa until 2 weeks before the start of the class, please cancel your enrollment and apply for a refund.
